Crafters, how many of you out there love photography and employ it in your projects? I'm definitely not the best photographer, but taking photos is one of the skills that I hope to improve at doing this year. I know my old, outdated camera on my phone, which was cheap to begin with, is a bit of an issue, but it sounds like there are a lot of online tips for photographers that I can learn from, too.
For starters, do you know how to split your focus when taking photos? This tutorial shows you more information about that, and I didn't even know it was a thing. While I don't want to become one of those people who thinks you need to set up a tripod every time you go outside to capture every moment (that just steals the spontaneous fun from everyone else!), I would love to improve my photo taking abilities and produce better quality pictures.
